RETURNS/ REFUNDS:

“Bo Approved” does not accept returns or refund for our Products. Bo Stegall is personally available to help you through your at home journey. All sales are final. You can message Bo Stegall personally anytime day or night to customize the products to your specific needs. 

Products purchased through the E-Commerce site cannot be returned to a Bo Stegall distributor nor to a salon which sells Bo Stegall products.  

If a product purchased through the E-Commerce is DEFECTIVE, contact Bo Stegall Customer Service via email at support@bostegall.com, within 14 days of receipt of product. Description, images, and/or physical product may be required to provide replacement of defective product.
